What you will do:

We’re looking for a passionate, detailed-oriented Data Specialist who lives in Excel and has a background in accounting. As ourAmazon Reimbursement & Data Specialist you’ll be impacting the lives of our customers and their families by improving their businesses and life's work.

The main tasks of the job will be:

1. Refunded Orders Reconciliation: You will be responsible for filing all of the reimbursement reconciliations for our dozens of current clients and claiming back their owed money via raising cases to Seller Support. This will take 5-10 follow-ups with Seller Support per case in some instances! You need to be VERY good at follow-up and tracking to do this!
2. Weekly Inventory Tracking and Projection
3. Filing for Lost and Incorrectly Disposed Inventory Reconciliation from FBA Warehouse Damages, etc
4. PPC Search Term and Bulk File Report
5. Other advanced Amazon Reports by request.

Outside of our morning daily huddle meetings, you will be able to work on your own schedule as long as you fulfil the minimum hourly requirement of the job (40 hours per week). What you need:

- A heart felt, emotional connection to customer happiness
- Extreme self motivation and problem solving skills
- A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
- Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
- More than 1 year working in eCommerce or technology industries
- High level of English especially for reading
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong computer skills to problem solve via the internet and communicate
- Previous experience with Amazon, Lazada, or similar, is HIGHLY recommended, but not required
