Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience/ practice in Payables
Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivots, organizing, copying, formatting, and sorting data.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment
Team player and at the same time an individual contributor
Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, with a high sense of urgency
Preferably with experience in Xero
Can start ASAP
Position’s Major Functions:
Responsible for processing accounts payable invoices related to operating expenses
Handle day-to-day operational responsibilities covering all aspects of accounts payable
Reconciles Vendor’s Statement and Accounts Payable Ledger
Perform and resolve usual issues related to AP processing

• Availability to work from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (AEST)
