Recruiting Assistant / researcher

We are a recruiting group in the US. We are looking for someone with EXPERIENCE doing candidate research on tools such as LinkedIn, as well as other internet search tools, to gather names and contact info of passive candidates. This has nothing to do with job boards. We will send a job description and will the requirements. This person would go and do research to find people who's background matches the requirement, then get their ACCURATE contact info and forward results to us.
