Practical CSM is a growing company offering online training for Customer Success Managers. Our goal is to help customer success leaders, individual customer success managers and those who are aspiring to join the customer success profession to make the right decisions around how to deliver customer success services to their customers.

TERMS


4 Week Trial with possibly to become full time staff member
Freelance contract starting with 10h per week
Our operating time: Mon-Fri 8:00 - 17:00 UK Time, your work time must overlap with ours

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone to join our team on a freelance basis. Possibility of promotion to full time employee. We will offer training in each section of work and provide self study materials, but we are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role.

We are looking for someone to take on a long term contract and progress while the company grows. Our team currently is located in Ireland, Poland, Sweden, India & Philippines

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable internet connection (please share Speed test link)
Working on, and adhering to weekly work schedule
Good knowledge of Wordpress & Woocommerce
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator knowledge
Working with Time Tracker
CSS & HTML

DUTIES

Implementing website front end changes requested by management team
Editing images and preparing for use on the web.
Custom CSS / HTML / WP Work
Setting Up Forms
Creating landing pages based on instructions
Weekly calls & briefings with management
Communication with whole development team
