The Job Title: Accounts Assistant [Costing & Budgeting]

Job Description:

• Manage costing & budgeting function as a whole.
• Prepare budgets based on the given operational targets and sales goals.
• Coordinate with accounts to generate monthly Budget vs Actual reports and prepare variance analysis.
• Convert every company proposed decision in Marketing, Sales, HR and Technology into monetary impact and present
revised budget in real time.
• Present a menu of actions-In sales, costs and thus operational parameters thereof to balance the budget.
• Able to break down All P&L and BS heads into operational decision byts as per 60 KSI framework to dUpgrade to see actual info budget heads.
• Prepare monthly and annual budget
• Create Sales Budget based on targets
• Make budget estimates based on decisions already made or estimate one.
• Group the Budget items by department.
• Thus make department wise budgets.
• Provide feedback every month on Actual vs. Budget and explain the variance.
• Make changes when we change our strategy every time needed.
• Budget must be in line with the track’s cost estimate and vice versa.
• Use Quickbooks data for actual figures and budget estimates.

Skills required:

• Thorough grasp of numbers to be able to compute impact of business events and decisions into financial figures
• Thorough familiarity with Google Sheet
• Understand accounting data , reconcile

• Reconcile diverse data and group them
• Bring orderliness in data arranging and presentation - operational and finance

Step 4- You will be invited for a final round of interview with the CEO and MD of Varal. Here you will get a chance to ask them questions and know more about the company. The selected person will be given a contract for an unlimited period and be expected to join Varal immediately.
