Student age range: 9 years - 15 years old (elementary and middle school in the US) 3rd graders are 8 years old

Responsibilities: assess, teach and support learners online, develop an online relationship with learners, assess online assignments, provide feedback and answers to the student’s inquiries, build the student’s confidence and self-worth, create content and design materials for the subject, conduct ongoing assessments with each student, have bi weekly calls with program manager, document each student’s progress in a shared google document, provide encouragement and positive motivation through a reward system, set weekly goals and milestones, deliver quality instruction virtually, present techniques according to the students learning style.
