Experienced Facebook Ad Creator/Manager

Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the role)
• Develop, manage and optimize paid Facebook Ad lead generation campaigns(Not ecommerce)
• Campaign Changes - adjust ad copy to match promotion.
• Create new graphics via Canva.
• Participate in all teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings - weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Organize hypotheses and recommendations.
• Be comfortable sharing and talking with the team on camera.

• Learn, understand and implement our ad launch process to ensure proper execution of job responsibilities, management of client accounts, and ongoing optimization.
• All tasks are completed on time and correctly.
• Communication with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers is clear and effective, along with professional and concise.

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
• Must work between 9am and 5pm Pacific Time
• Ready and willing to dedicate time to an amazing team with amazing clients.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience and knowledge of Facebook Ads
• Very organized and loves utilizing project management tools(ClickUp is our tool of choice)
• A die-hard commitment to learning and always improving results
• Excellent organization and time management skills to complete tasks on time
