Who are we?

We are Mindmaven, a 10-year old executive coaching firm headquartered in California (in that town with the beautiful bridge). We provide sophisticated coaching services and assistance to the Leaders of either top-tier venture capital firms or unicorn startups. As we are growing, we are continuously looking to hire Experienced Executive Assistants who have the ability to support business executives and add value to our services.

About the job:

We are looking for PH-based virtual executive assistants with a minimum of 3 months of experience working for US-based C-level personnel. As part of our commitment to hiring only the best in the industry, our screening process consists of 5 stages, which may take up to 15 days max to Upgrade to see actual infote: We are looking for successful candidates to be placed immediately.

The 5 stages are as follows:
1. Grit Test & Self Introduction Video
2. Trial Project 1 & English Proficiency Test
3. Interview 1 (with Hiring Manager)
4. Trial Project 2 & Profiling
5. Interview 2 (with Executive)

Once hired, your work will commence as part-time (training) and will eventually progress to doing the work full-time depending on the level of development. Once offered the full-time position, we will require your 100% commitment, and having work commitments from other employers will not be allowed. Hours of work will be based on US West Coast time.

We aim to provide the best experience to both the EA and the Executive by ensuring that they are a perfect match. This is a great opportunity for people who are looking to grow with the company executives for the long term. The starting salary offer is USD7/hour. A very good opportunity awaits upon hiring.

Responsibilities:

Meeting Management
-Create follow-up emails based on information provided by the meeting owner
-Record information collected from the meeting owner in a contact database
-Add or update calendar item

Task and Time Management
-Record all tasks assigned and performed
-Keep accurate and detailed records of time spent on tasks

Management of Contact Database
-Enter new contact information
-Update existing contact information
-Log value activities performed by contact owner
-Track all Action items
-Invite new contacts to LinkedIn
-Accept LinkedIn invitations

Research management:
-Perform various internet-based research
-Perform prospect research

Writing:
-Create email drafts for the folks you work for
-Creation of text templates

Any other responsibilities that might arise while performing this job.
