Key Responsibilities:
- Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
- Involved in setting strategic direction in achieving both short and long term goals with
- Interacts with the C-level, which involves negotiating or making decisions on significant
- Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
- Managing teams, departmental projects, and overall work efforts to support Huskee
- Initiate continuous learning and a winning, positive attitude, personally and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leading a team.
- 3-5 years of sales and customer service management
- Hands-on experience in managing a sales team (ie, coaching & feedback, reporting and analysis)
- Customer success oriented.
- High-Level documentation and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and delegation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Home Office Requirements:
- 100% Remote work
- Availability to work business hours in Sydney Time
- Computer (Core i3 Processor, 4 GB RAM, 1080p Webcam)
- Home office with a private room and desk.
- Reliable internet (5 MBPS minimum, 10 MBPS preferred with ability to go up to 50 MBPS).
