HR Generalist - US Recruiter

We are a mental healthcare company with a growing business perspective and are looking to raise the service quality provided to clients. To achieve this, we are looking for a Human Resource (HR) Generalist.

He/she shall be responsible for the management of the following HR areas.

1. Recruitment
2. Compensation and benefits administration
3. Training and personnel development
4. Employee relations, including labor productivity development
5. Employee satisfaction, retention, and superior workforce development
6. Administration of employee safety, welfare/wellness, and health
7. Performance appraisal
8. Organizational development
9. Transactional accounting
10. Office Administration

The HR Generalist that we are looking for must be:
• Honest, accountable, hardworking, skilled/experienced, and proficient in the HR field
• Must value urgency, be a team player, and is open to the improvement of the HR area.
• Must be proactive and have leadership qualities.

• Have at least 2-3 years of solid work experience in the above-cited HR areas.
• Be a diploma graduate/bachelor’s degree graduate in Psychology and related fields.
• Be confident, articulate, and have excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Be experienced with both outgoing and incoming voice calls; This is a plus.
• Must be able to work well with different groups with the utmost professionalism.
• Have technical skills in presentations and training methodologies.
• Be willing to work full-time simultaneous to US/EST working hours (Night Shift).
• Must be personable with a pleasing personality.
