JOB OVERVIEW

Vinnie Mac Marketing is looking for a new Project Manager. If you are a Masterful Communicator, Great Relationship Builder, and Passionate about Digital Marketing, then this role is for you!
This role is perfect if you are excited about the idea of helping small businesses grow, through Website Design, SEO, PPC, Social Media and reputation management .
Our entire process for turning strangers into loyal-clients is pretty much dialed down (which you’ll receive training on). But, we want someone to be the main point of contact for our clients and at the same time will ensure that team members are kept accountable on deliverables.
Enter YOU, our next Project Manager!
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the main point contact for clients and our fulfillment team.

Here are the responsibilities of the role:
- Manage client deliverables and ensure all action items are completed efficiently and timely.
- Perform quality checks on results delivered by our team members.
- Manage team member workload and capacity planning.
- Hire and train new team members.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and quickly build relationships
- Perform onboarding calls with new clients to get them acquainted with our process and gather information to be used by our fulfillment team
- Perform check-in calls every 2 weeks with existing clients to ensure they are using our systems correctly and communicate any strategy changes to the team
- Ensure that the team responds to all client questions in a timely and concise manner (within a business day)
- Learn and understand our tech stack (systems and tools) so you can teach our clients how to use them effectively. Thus, you will be required to perform basic GHL and website setup for our clients - at least for the time being.
- Problem solve and manage crisis situations. Be able to keep the temperature low with irate clients and find a win-win situation for problems.
- Act as a liaison between our internal delivery team and clients to ensure exceptional client service as it relates to industry insights, campaign analysis, best practices, and strategic recommendations
Assist internal teams with coordination and prioritization of projects and tasks through internal tools and systems

Here are the qualifications to be considered for the role:
- You have to be willing to undergo training on all our systems and processes.
- You have at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in an Account Management, Project Management or Operations Management role.
- You enjoy taking initiative and ownership.
- You have a high follow through and keen attention to detail.
- You have an understanding of Digital Marketing Strategies related to SEO, PPC, Social Media management, Website Design and Content creation.
- You have leadership and decision making skills.
- You’re fluent in English.
- You’re fun to be around over coffee or beer outside of work (or tea if that’s your thing).
- Relevant knowledge on using ClickUp workspace, Wordpress, Slack and Duda is a plus.


This is a 100% remote and full-time position. However, you will start part time at 20 hours per week to undergo training and testing in your first month.
While you can do this wherever you are, we do require an 8-hour overlap with the Central Time Zone, Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM CST.
