About this Role:
We're on the hunt for someone who is passionate, super organized with exceptional attention to detail to join our company as an Online Merchandising Admin Assistant. This role is critical in ensuring the product listings on our website and our sales channels are fully functional and accurate, the product sales are optimized and opportunities are identified to really elevate the online performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product listing
• Manage, maintain, and deliver accurate data across multiple marketplaces and websites. This includes titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing.
• Manage and maintain product information
• Understand unique listing rules and regulations of each marketplace
• Work with sales and marketing departments to meet new products deadlines
• Keep on top of trends involving product listings
• Editing photos for listings
• Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions and inquiries
• Maintain spreadsheets when needed"

Product marketing support
• Undertaking competitor analysis
• Undertaking product and market research analysis.
• Campaign Support – support the marketing manager to update the prices and upload the assets to owned platforms (website, email, social media etc)
• Curation of the product catalog, Creating product collections.
• Copywriting for new product descriptions to sell products effectively online.
• Photoshop (photo touch-ups, graphic design, photo-editing) for online product photos
• Optimize the product catalog and offerings in order to improve product sales.
• Product performance analysis support.

Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in e-Commerce or category/ merchandising management is preferred.
• Data entry, data management
• Accuracy and attention to detail will be a key requirement
• Excellent English communication skills (copywriting is most important)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
• Intermediate photo editing and graphic design skills using photoshops
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Good analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, able to work both independently and on a team
• Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adaptable, in a frequently changing and fast paced environment
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
