Trainers using E-Learning software (Illustrations)

I am looking for a person who can create a video using software for presentation purposes. The software must have the following features.

1) Able to present writings & drawings.
2) Able to edit these writings & drawings.
3) Able to edit & save these writings & drawings in video mode.
4) Able to playback writings & drawings in quick mode.
5) Able to insert a pdf file or document while presenting.
6) Able to annotate on these pdf files or documents.
7) Able to scroll to get unlimited space for presentation. (Watch 6:55min mark in Video 2)

If you can create a short video of (about 1 minute) using any software that has the above features, please send to me a sample and if it has the above features, you can teach me how to use it. I will pay you after you teach me for one week.
