Ecommerce maintenance

My name is Brittnee I'm a 35 year old single momma with a dream and I am looking for an assistant who is driven and trustworthy. So let me get straight to the meat- at the moment I am currently running an ecommerce-I have purchased a Big Commerce website-business google account- pretty much everything besides a few things here and there and I continue to pay my monthly bills on this site and it's not launched. I need someone to get me up and running i need my site plus payments to be linked in all the social media platforms. So in other words get me out of Facebook Market place and paying those selling fees and not getting ahead. So I need someone who understands the traffic flow-key words- everything that is needed to get my products sold on a consistent basis. So After all the social media is up and running I would need you to research my listings- with UPC codes to know what price to list at also Im a history nerd and I sell alot of antiques-which these items require alot more time with research. then after all the grunt work is done i will send you pictures of the product-these will be the pictures you will use to post on all the social media sites that of course at this point should be linked to my Big commerce site- I plan on brainstorming with you to find the best software program(browser extension) Maybe you can recommend one- maybe big commerce links not yet 100%sure-i would like to make your life easier so your tasks aren't so redundant. I would also need you to put that research to use and type out a clear detailed description of the products for the listing. What I will give you is the products deatails/pics etc i know about the item-you research-put a description together-inventory the product and when you recieve my photos-you put it all together and post. If you think your the man for the job then i would love for you to start ASAP

Pay: I would pay you weekly though Pay Pal - in the case that overtime is worked (over 40 hours a week) I pay you wage plus more per hour. time and a half) I also give incentive bonus's-I believe in taking care of the people who take care of you!
So quick Summary of what I require:
1. get my site & all major social media accounts in working order and payments all linked to my big commerce web site
2.research products for price point and product info
3. once you receive the listings picture from me- i need you to take inventory of product and categorize accordingly- post the listing with description on all social media platforms.
Also creating Google Ads with the proper key words and have knowledge on driving traffic/algorithms
