We at Elevate Marketing are becoming the top Agency to help Chiropractic clinics scale profitably through Digital Marketing. We use a unique process of lead generation and follow-up automation to bring qualified patients through our client's door.

Our mission is to save Chiropractors all the time, effort, and money that goes into figuring out digital marketing!

Your work as an Operations Manager will help us achieve these goals with our clients.

As we help them grow, we help their future customers feel better and live healthier lives, and at the same time, we create jobs for people as our clients’ businesses grow.

Here are the job’s responsibilities and duties:

- Run and manage the internal operations of the business from client fulfillment process to internal and organizational related processes.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding and knowledge of our business relating to process building, automations, documentation
- Building a client success team and championing our brand to the rest of the Partners.
- Implement automation via Zapier, Integromat, IFTTT, and the like to improve process efficiencies
- Build documented SOPs and take ownership in the agency’s knowledge database.
- Ensure that all client assets, requirements and processes are laid out to aid smooth end to end service delivery.
- Develop, maintain, improve and streamline employee related processes from onboarding, ongoing improvement deliberation, rewards and recognition and attrition management.
- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule employees. Provide avenues for coaching, counselling and discipline for employees.
- Communicate job expectations - planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
- Plan and review compensation actions and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Provide recommendations and implement improvement plans for new or existing client or employee management processes.
- Attend all company meetings and update personal trackers and scorecards.

While this role will start part-time at 20 hours per week, we’re looking for someone who can transition with us full-time (40 hours per week) every weekday.

If you’re a good fit there will be career growth opportunities for you as we Upgrade to see actual infote that this role can be done anywhere around the world. However, we do require a 4-hour overlap with the US EST timezone from 8 AM to 1 PM EST.

There will be systems and training in place to help you learn and grow, but we’re looking for people who can help us build on them.
