Accounts Receivable / Bookkeeper

We are looking for a team member to serve as our Accounts Receivable Clerk and possibly a bookkeeper.

Your job is to bill our customers, ensure they pay us, and lets us know they paid so we can track it.

You job will also be to track other sources of revenue and let us know they paid us so we can track it.

The hours we need for you to work are USA Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm USA EST

The pay is roughly 16,600 PHP per month (we pay weekly every USA Friday which comes to roughly 3800 PHP per week). WE know that isn't a lot but as we grow, then pay raises will come.

We do honor both USA and PHI holidays as paid days off (ex: you will have off All Saints day, Christmas... etc.).

This job is long term if you want it.

We are very familiar with Philippine based VA's and include our Philippine friends as an important part of our staff.

Requirements:
- Fast Internet
- Good Desktop or Laptop with google chrome
- Quick learner
- Cell Phone with Internet access and ability to use Skype on your cell
- Able to follow specific directions
- Have Fun Helping People
- Available to work USA Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm EST USA Time
- Must be Good with a computer as you will have 6-7 pages open on your internet browser at any given moment.
- Good spoken and written English

We have 6 full time PHI virtual employees and it's a friendly atmosphere. We are growing very fast and we are looking for someone to join our team.
