Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a supercool VA that can be a part of our team!

Our client is in a Plumbing Business and has 20-30 calls per day.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- must be fluent in English to sell tours and accommodate guest inquiries
- must be detail oriented
- fast learner and easily can adapt to change
- Must be Punctual and committed to the work and can be reliable
- Must be someone that is looking for long term job.
- Must have reliable internet connection and back up
-Updated and working PC/LAPTOP
- Must have good working space or quiet background to work

Job Description:
• Answering phones and providing correct information to guests
• Answering Phone calls and take the customer name, address phone number and email and enter correctly into the system.
• Be able to find out the urgency of the call
• Be able to take note and find suitable day and book in job.
• Managed to do draft invoices
• Enter purchases and bills/expenses
• at times required to keep safety paperwork up to date.

This will be a full time home based work and we will follow Australia Time.
