Job description
Summary:
The Country Manager (CM) role is responsible for overseeing the virtual operations of the company in the Philippines and to manage the overall delivery, performance, and work satisfaction of PH-based team members, ensuring a smooth day to day workflow for our Philippines teams, by partnering with leadership and providing support as needed.
This role requires someone with a very high level of responsibility and self-motivation. He/she must be great at people management and enjoy the challenge of helping grow the business. This person will also help encourage the professional growth of PH team leads and assist in the career development of the other PH-based team members.


Tasks & Responsibilities:
Help manage the operations effectively by having a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Ylopo and of the company’s high-level workflows
Drive a high-caliber team from PH by helping shape and maintain a process that will allow the company to select talents from recruiting to boarding.
Work with leadership in designing initiatives that will help enhance the capabilities of team members through training and mentoring programs.
Effectively cascade job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise and review direct report’s performance; plan and review compensation.
Collaborate with managers to ensure the alignment and implementation of team member training with business needs, providing feedback to the organization on standard training requirements; integrating these training plans into workforce development; and working with operations to develop and identify worker skill-sets and levels to execute them.
Plan and implement initiatives and regular activities that will provide an avenue for PH team members to socialize, learn beyond their current scope, and help them de-stress and counter stressors that are mostly caused by work.
Provide support to leadership as needed by helping address performance concerns and any disputes within the organization that involves PH team members.

Requirements:
Has a strong understanding of how a business operates and has a proven track record demonstrating the understanding and business acumen.
Operations management experience, especially in the virtual setting, is essential for working in this job.
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a strong command of HR management and excellent networking skills
Understands and is sensitive to the cultural differences
Must be educated to degree level or equivalent, and has ideally a background in project management and/or business and data analytics

- Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required
- Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature
- At least 10 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
- strictly no USB Sticks allowed for back up isp
