JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, and efficient VA with excellent inventory management and math/data skills for a part-time position (20 hours a week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position. Prompt responses and good written communication are a must.


Required skills & responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-2 years Amazon FBA inventory management experience required

- Previous customer service experience a must

- Skilled with Excel and/or Google Sheets

- Tech-savvy and can quickly familiarize with new online platforms/apps

- Data analysis & strong critical thinking skills a must

- Ability to handle multiple tasks thoroughly

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced remote work culture


Highly preferred:
- Prior experience with Quality Assurance and requesting Re-Work/Re-Inspections from suppliers

- Understands various shipping incoterms (DDP, FOB, etc.)

- Experience with bookkeeping and/or Xero a plus

Training and thorough standard operating procedures will be provided.
