FB Manager Assistant

I am looking for an experienced virtual assistant to help with??Facebook/Instagram ads who is SMART, FAST and works hard. Must have experience with creating ads and providing ad strategy for??Facebook and Instagram. We're looking for someone who is very comfortable working inside??Facebook Ads Manager and analyzing data there. I have worked with VA’s for over 4 years. My virtual teammates love me, and I love them! :)

I am looking to add someone who is a GREAT COMMUNICATOR, HARD WORKING, HONEST and DEDICATED to the team as soon as possible!
Must be technologically SAVVY. We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines. This is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!

FB Manager Assistant Job Description

-Assists and be a liaison to our FB Manager in creating ad campaigns which may include (but not limited to) strategy planning, budget recommendations (i.e. forecasting and ROI), creative guidance for images/videos, Ad implementation and campaign monitoring
-Generate analytics report and insights and present to JCV team regularly.
-Use Facebook and other Upgrade to see actual info tools to expand, evolve, solve problems, and optimize campaigns
-Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and consistency across campaigns
-Provide constructive feedback
-Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
-Propose and/or Implement A/B tests
