Overview
We are a real estate investment company, specializing in land. We are looking for a part-time business operations team lead to help take our company to the next level. This position provides the opportunity to learn and work directly with the owner and founder of the company to drive growth by building and implementing repeatable systems and

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to…
Work with the existing team members to learn various aspects of the current business. This involves aspects of Acquisitions, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to understand how our business operates.
Building and documenting business systems and processes
Populating new acquisitions and sales data
Helping build and update business growth metrics
Providing customer support for existing customers (billing questions, defaults, etc.)
Scanning, uploading and mailing deeds to be recorded
Managing and forecasting acquisition mailing campaigns
Assisting with county research
Supporting the business owner with additional ad-hoc activities as needed
