Talented Financial Writer / Customer Support

I am looking to hire a talented financial writer to assist with content creating for our finance website and for providing customer support.

This role is a full-time role and will require some work over the weekend. This role is suitable for somebody junior who likes to acquire solid skills in financial writing, social media marketing, SEO and customer support.

Job Description:
- Researching pre-defined finance topics
- Article Writing
- Keyword Research
- Optimizing our content for SEO
- Video preparation
- Preparation of Social Media Posts
- Publishing / Updating content on our WordPress website
- Tracking of Key Performance Indicators and work completed
- Providing customer support via Chat and Ticketing (some hours on the weekend required)
- Providing support to our vendors and partners
- Reviewing and analyzing data with Excel spreadsheets
- Managing and processing refund requests
- Preparing newsletters and other marketing campaigns
- Responding to comments and questions on social media
- Assisting with ad-hoc research
- Providing daily work report
