JOB OVERVIEW

This position will report to the CEO and other administration staff to assist in maintaining system-wide data accuracy, and providing accurate reporting data for all operations. This role requires CRM management, database management and reports-generation skill for project management.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively is a must with self-awareness and self- gauging capacity for advanced administration in operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and enforce processes that will maintain integrity and accuracy of CRM data
• Strict adherence to company’s naming convention for easy file organization
• Responsible for resolving data quality issues such as CRM customer clean-up, de-duping and overall data cleansing;
• Provide user support for CRM including requests for data analysis and dashboard reporting;
• Manage ongoing and ad-hoc data integrity projects to improve reporting and tracking
• Assist in the development of reporting tools to track campaign effectiveness and uncover areas of revenue opportunity
• Maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales and executive leadership teams
• Prepare and refine templates for CRM processes and documents for internal and external use
• Document and share data processes for employee training and reference
• Provide cross-functional support to other departments such as research and project documentation as needed
• Complete and maintain database of products offered by the company ready for upload to the company website

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal guidance;
Highly analytical mindset
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Advance computer and experience with VTiger CRM application, Microsoft Office and Applications (365 and associated applications)
Basic understanding and skill for Wordpress and WooCommerce Data Entry
