Start at PHP 50,000 with opportunity to become TIER 3 AGENT in 2 years up to Php 70,000

PC Hardware and Networking Tech Support via Phone
Work from Home for US based company
Responsible to provide hardware and networking troubleshooting via phone for POS installed a restaurant in the US
1) EXCELLENT command of English language and able to speak ENGLISH fluently with US customers with minimum accent
2) Will require candidate to have excellent knowledge of PC hardware, local area networking components, Internet connectivity, routers, printers and other hardware peripherals
3.) EXCELLENT Technical Support and Networking Skills
4.) With Knowledge in Point of System (POS) is a plus

MUST HAVE 2-4 YEARS TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE in a call center
with (food/restaurant account is a plus) (Point of system)

Additional info:
40 hours work week
Must be flexible with shifts 24/7 (8 hours per day 5 days a week)
Two consecutive days off every week
After completing 1 year you get two weeks per year paid to use as vacation/sick/personal time off.
