Client Service Representative

Job Description:
A fast-growing U.S.-based financial technology company is seeking an ENERGETIC and OUTGOING people person who is also well versed on the computer Full-Time Work-at-Home Client Service Representative.
Requires someone with a finance and business background to assist the Sales Representative. Training will be provided as well as an internet softphone for incoming and outgoing calls.

Job Details:
- Good to Excellent English-speaking skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Good to Excellent Business writing skills
- Must have a fast HIGH-SPEED internet connection (with backup connection broadband, etc.)
- Must have a quiet home office to work from
- 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer queries via Phone, Email, and Chat
- Assist Sales Representatives
