Marketing Team Lead

Aloware is a modern contact center solution built to triple performance with unlimited calling, texting, and automation features. We are currently in search of a Marketing Team Leam with a strong B2B / SaaS background.

He/She could implement team spirit, encourage team collaboration, identify hidden strengths of individual and team, encourage all team members to express suggestions and ideas and to find own creative solutions for current and future pain points. The Marketing Team Lead is skillful in compiling, organizing and using data to enhance planning and effectiveness of different marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of specialists in bringing inbound marketing projects to life, diligently planning resources and tasks.
- Manages advertising channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Outbrain, etc) and paid media partnerships.
- Provides creative, editorial, and strategic guidance to team members, ensuring their quality of work.
- Coordinates the production of email campaigns/newsletters for lead nurturing and customer marketing.
- Ensures that marketing efforts are traceable and brings forward ideas for campaign optimization.


Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing in the B2B, preferably in SaaS space
- Project Management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Background in PPC & Social Media advertising
- Experience with content writing and editing
- Background in SEO
