Software Project Manager (can start work immediately)

FULL-TIME, WORK-FROM-HOME

1. Responsibilities and Duties
The Technical Project Manager position is a FULL-TIME, WORK-FROM-HOME position open to contractors/freelancers who POSSESS experience in web/mobile development and project management. The person will be assigned to daily standard tasks, while also supporting certain ad-hoc tasks. Tasks will be varied depending on the demand but will mostly revolve around the following key areas:

Responsibilities:
- Leading project planning sessions
- Giving instructions to developers
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Participating in client requirements online call (example Zoom) to perform requirements taking
- Manage multiple concurrent projects daily
- Monitoring staff daily work progress and compile into final report
- Submitting daily EOD report to management

Key Result Areas: Meeting deadlines or delivering earlier; informing management if progress is behind schedule; Daily end-of-day report

2. Requirements / Qualifications
- Min 2-3 year project management work experience
- web/mobile app development project management
- Meticulous, organized and detail oriented
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Conflict resolution skills

Desirable:
- Knowledge of project management tools for tracking (e.g. trello)
- Knowledge of Crypto/DeFi is a BIG PLUS

Technical Requirements:
- Good internet connection; at least 10mbps
- Webcam and mic
- Be active on whatsapp/Skype for communication

3. Work Hours and Schedule
40++ hours per week; Mondays - Fridays;
May have slight overtime required, will discuss separately on OT payment

4. Work Duration
Full-time, monthly

5. Rate or Salary Range
50,000 PHP ++ depending on your qualification and experience (adjusted based on experience and revised after probation period)

6. Payment Method
Direct Bank Transfer

8. Payment Frequency
On every 15th and 30th of the month
