JOB OVERVIEW

Glory Ali International LLC. is seeking to add a superstar to our growing team in a Full -time role! Our expectations are that this person has fun with social, is excited to bring their creative gene to work, brings innovative ideas to the table and is responsible for outbound online activity focusing on lead generation and new client enrollment. Clear communication is essential whether via email, phone, or text Upgrade to see actual infondidates for this dynamic role must be strong in time & project management, marketing and sales skills, in order to increase awareness of the company's key offers, drive nurture and engagement campaigns to warm audiences and facilitate enrolling new clients both during and outside of conversion events. This is not an entry level sales job, sales experience is required.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:
• Direct nurture and engagement content across all social media platforms in alignment with current offerings
• Copywriting on all platforms - Facebook posts, Instagram posts, Instagram Story mapping, ‘open cart’ posts, ad copy, etc.
• Setup and testing/tweaking of all funnel steps (create landing pages, connect to CRM, write and map emails with Senior
Marketing Manager)
• Weekly email marketing - newsletter, offer emails, etc.
• Co-direct content for all launches and other conversion events
• Assistance: generate leads as well as nurture in Facebook group to bring
minimum 35 leads to the close per launch (with 10% commission paid out per individual sale)
• Drive sign-ups for text message marketing organically and with paid traffic• Funnel warm leads and generate new leads into
all conversion events
• Funnel warm leads and generate new leads into Facebook Community
• Support list-building objectives organically to meet monthly goals
• Nurture leads inside private Facebook group to keep engaged and participating
• Take the lead on moving social messaging prospects into conversations for high dollar packages
• Nurture and invite prospects into connection calls and enrolling conversations to close sales
• Co-manage + organize all launches and other conversion events with team
• Complete the internal sales training and follow the formula for our story creation and delivery
• Deliver content (training, education, nurturing, engaging) on-camera across social media platforms, representing company’s brand and offers
• Follow set metrics-based tracking system for all sales and marketing activities and report/recap progress to Management daily
• Message all new followers each day, welcome them to our community and engage them to watch videos/listen to podcast and join free Facebook group
• Invest heavily in going through our programs and truly becoming an expert in the coaching models and systems we teach, and the sales methodologies we utilize
• Get on team/management calls minimum of 2x per week to review current company happenings and stories focus for the week

Metrics/Success Measured By:
• List-building and community building metrics met by week and by month
• Weekly social messaging + lead generation metrics met
• Consultations scheduled metrics met
• Sales dollars closed each week/during launches
