We are Lashes Make Me Happy, located in Robinsons Ave., San Diego, CA and looking for a dynamic and seasoned Sales Associate with a minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering our ideals and growing our client base.

Job Description:
Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers such as Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
Cold text/emails
Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value.
Achieving established goals.
Directing customers to merchandise within the Upgrade to see actual infocreasing in store sales.
Process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
And other Sales related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or any other related
Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus
Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
Fantastic customer service skills
Must be keen on details.
