We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to join our team here at Spiralyze! Spiralyze is a leading U.S.-based A/B testing agency. We have 80+ full-time team members and expect to double our size over the next 18 months. Hence, we need an awesome Talent Recruiter to help us attract, identify, and hire great talent.
As a Talent Recruiter for Spiralyze, you will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing job candidates for various roles within the company. The Recruiter will scout out talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn. You will post job advertisements, reach out to candidates, set up and conduct initial interviews, and manage the process as candidates move through our hiring process.
Skills of an ideal Talent Recruiter are:
1) Enthusiastic! Excited to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences. You move people quickly through the pipeline.
2) Presentation. You represent our company professionally to prospective hires. As our representative, you will help get people excited about the opportunities at Spiralyze.
3) Learn quickly. You are able to understand what Spiralyze does, the various roles work, and can clearly communicate that to candidates.
4) Attention to detail. You can recognize the attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence with candidates. This is important when reviewing resumes and assessments.
5) Organized. Must be able to keep track of the various candidates for multiple roles (i.e. their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.).
6) Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in hiring is a plus, but not a requirement.
