Inventory + Supply Chain Management Virtual Role for Amazon E-Commerce Business - Full Time, Long Term, and Well Paying

We are a USA based business selling our own custom branded products on Amazon USA using FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon). We are in the top 1% of all Amazon sellers and are looking for someone who can help us with the supply chain side of our business including inventory management, logistics, forecasting and supplier communication. We are a small business and you may also have tasks in other areas of the company depending on your strengths. Our suppliers are in China and you will be in direct contact with them. The time commitment will be 40 hours/wk Monday-Friday and you must not be working for any other companies. The work is exciting - we have big goals and there’s always some new challenges to work on. We have a small and awesome Philippino team that you will work with closely and get to know very well. We offer you competitive pay, incentives, potential for raises, and long term stability. The work is completely virtual and you can work from home. We are a small but quickly growing company and you will become a crucial part of our team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other 3rd parties to ensure timelines are being met
Make decisions on how much inventory to send, where, and what speed using inventory software
Create seasonal forecasts using data analysis tools
Communicate with our 3PL (third party warehouse) in the US as necessary
Update our inventory spreadsheets, organize files and invoices, and other admin tasks
Other tasks that come up – we want you to be excited to learn new things and tackle new problems as they arise!

Desired Skills/Experience:
- Inventory Management
- Inventory Forecasting
- Past Amazon experience is a plus but not required
- Excel + Google Sheets
