Trademark Global is an eCommerce company that sells consumer products through many of the online retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Overstock, Home Depot and many, many others. We have over 3,500 different products that we import and store in 3 warehousing facilities in the United States. Our warehouses ship tens of thousands of packages each and every day to directly to consumers and to other fulfillment centers around the country.

We are looking for extra help in our Accounting department with reconciliation, document prep, and analysis.

Responsibilities
• Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs.
• Reconcile Systems transactions for accounting.
• Support other departments with internal reports.
• Perform Balance Sheet and P&L Reconciliations.
• Provide detailed analysis and explanations of all transactions.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors.

Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Advanced in Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports.
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working ---------- Time Zone Working Hours Required.
At least C1 English Proficiency Required.
Full Time (40-hours per week).
This is a remote/Work From Home position.
