About the Job:
We're looking for a full-time Facebook Ads Specialist (40 hours per week) to join our growing team. As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Facebook Ads campaigns.
You have strong time-management and organizational skills, strong communication and work ethic, a positive disposition, and a growth mindset. You need to be detail-oriented, think outside the box.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Research and plan FB Ad campaigns
- Competitor research
- Analysing and optimising campaigns
- Creating new campaigns
- Making sure tracking is set up properly
- Reporting on campaign results, insights and looking for opportunities to improve strategies.
- Presenting insights, and trends for clients.

About You:
Skills required:
- Must have at least 5 years of Facebook Advertising experience.
- Experience working for a digital marketing agency.
- Excellent communication skills internally with your team and externally with clients.
- Can create compelling ad copies
- Facebook Ads Certification is a HUGE plus!
- Experience with HubSpot would be a plus.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A self-starter with a strategic mind.
- Proven track record in producing great ROI


This is a full-time remote position, so you must:
- Have a good internet connection as you will be regularly joining Zoom calls with your video on.
- Join ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings with your video and sound on, and look professional (ie no dark, untidy rooms or loud noises in the background). This is very important, so please be aware of this requirement before applying for the job.
- Be a self-motivator to get things done working remotely on your own.
- Be a great team player to work with everyone in the business to achieve goals for our business and for our clients.
