Inbound Reservations and Sales Consultant

Job Description:

• Proactively monitor and respond to sales leads coming through the answering service messages and Emails.
• Contact customers through a provided Skype account (virtual local number), or via email.
• Use quotation templates to deliver service quotes to prospective customers via phone and Email.
• Enter new bookings into reservation system.
• Provide accommodating service interaction to create a positive customer experience.
• Ensure customer requests are handled quickly.
• Develop and manage client relationships.

Skills:
• Accommodating phone manner
• Proficient use of Work, Excel, Outlook/Upgrade to see actual info and Skype.
• Accurate data entry
