Workflow Automation Specialist with Make (Integromat), Zapier and ClickUp experience

We are looking for a talented Workflow Automation Specialist to help us deliver better, more efficient client solutions. The Workflow Automation Specialist's mission is to quickly understand use cases and build reliable automation and integrations, primarily using tools like Integromat, Zapier, ClickUp and Teamwork.

The key teaUpgrade to see actual infomber we ultimately hire will:
1. Work directly with the Solutions Team to improve our internal efficiency.
2. Troubleshoot automation errors & quickly identify solutions for them before they escalate
3. Communicate closely with our client services team to identify, scope, plan, and manage new client automation needs.
4. Build robust Integromat scenarios and Zapier zaps to deliver results efficiently.
5. Develop deep expertise in ClickUp's native automation and know exactly when to apply each specific tool.
6. Identify repeat scenarios and build reusable assets when Upgrade to see actual infoPETENCIES:
*A knack for solving problems - you're known as the person who likes to work smarter and nerd out on automation.

*Ability to work against sensitive timelines and deadlines.Good effort estimation & time-tracking abilities.

Compensation: TBD; this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.


Full-time - The hours can be flexible, though we do require a little bit of overlap with our working hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST.

*Most crucial: Make (Integromat), Zapier, ClickUp, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), and Slack
*Extra credit: HubSpot, AirTable, Teamwork, Microsoft Teams, Google Data Studio, Databox, Dropbox, Pipedrive, QuickBooks Online, and Xero.
