UX/UI Designer / Developer

We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of front end Upgrade to see actual infoont end developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

Here are the key outcomes expected from individuals:

Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high fidelity mockups
Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design and Developing features to enhance the user experience.
Maintaining brand consistency 
Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts
Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones and Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and Upgrade to see actual infopetencies (These are MUSTs):

Attention to detail. Do not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
Excellent communication skills. Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains this standard in all forms of written communication, including email.
Creativity/innovation. Generates new and innovative approaches to problems.
Efficiency. Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
Flexibility/adaptability. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3- 5 years experience in web design or development
Experience with creating custom website templates for WordPress is a plus
Highly competent in CSS3, HTML5, SASS and LESS
Proficient understanding of client-side and JavaScript Frameworks, including jQuery
Experience with basic e-commerce for digital products, such as WooCommerce
Experience working with FTP clients such as Filezilla, Cyberduck, etc.
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments to an image.
Familiarity with the complete Adobe Creative Cloud
Working knowledge of user interface design and Web graphics creation
Familiarity with SEO principles
A visible online portfolio or finished projects for reference
Positions are located virtually. Team Members are eligible for a benefits package after a 3 month review.
