WordPress Programmer, PHP, MySQL, PSD to WP Conversions

We need a PHP, MySQL, and AJAX expert able to build and update websites and plugins for Wordpress. Also must be able to convert PSD to Wordpress Themes. The candidate must be able to solve problems independently and write and speak very good English. You must have advanced experience with the following: PHP, MySQL, Advanced CSS, Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla. Must be able to login to hosting and install software and create databases and setup email accounts. Must be able to work in cloud-based systems.
