Requirements:

*** Excellent communication skills and sympathy are required ***
- High-speed internet
- Distraction-FREE area for phone support
- North American accent and familiarity with US culture is preferred. (Easy to build a relationship with our customers)


Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers on behalf of the organization either by email, phone, or chat- serve as the face of the company.
- Strong communication skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns through service tickets.
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
- Refer issues to department managers for specific actions to be taken.
- Monitor progress and follow-ups to each department for speedy resolution.
- Maintain constant communication with the customers until issues are resolved.
- Handle complaints and escalations to the manager.
- Maintain positive relationships with the customers and co-workers.
- Documents updates in the customer support process for future reference.
- Continuously look for improvements in the customer support process.
