Virtual Assistant

We are a start-up Real Estate Investment Company located in Dallas Texas which is run virtually online and are looking for someone to become a part of our tight knit family to help us with generating ongoing leads.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, disciplined, trainable, and able to follow a simple system to work in our cold calling department. This is a work from home position, and we will be providing all the up front and ongoing training. This is a part time position with the potential to become full time with the right candidate. Pay will range from $3.00 - $4.00 per hour depending on experience and ability. We are looking for a go-getter that we can nurture and train to help grow our business and become a part of our amazing team!

In the beginning, you will work no more than 20 hours per week, with your hours increasing at the business continues to expand. Your hours will be from 10:00 – 2:00 CST. You will be paid bi-weekly on Fridays.


Tasks:
- Attend to inbound and outbound calls for prospective homeowners regarding their interest in selling using our web-based dialing software.
- You will confidently use and internalize our scripts to qualify the homeowners and confidently talk to them about selling their home.
- Take detailed notes on the condition of the property, timeline, price and reason for selling to be able to qualify them as a lead.

Qualifications:
- Previous cold calling or telephone customer service experience is preferred but not required as we provide full and ongoing training.
- Professional, engaging and friendly disposition on the telephone with a good understanding and use of the English language
- PC/laptop that can run multiple programs
- Stable and fast internet
- USB noise canceling headset
