Digital Marketing, Operations & Virtual Assistant Positions (no experience necessary for most positions))

I am looking for people who can work between 10-40 hours per week on a specialized digital marketing or virtual assistant Upgrade to see actual info experience is necessary, but you must be willing to learn and committed to learning.
You must love solving problems (seriously) and be motivated to better yourself.

I have 20 years of experience in digital marketing and would love to teach you valuable new skills and have you part of my team.

There are several positions I am hiring for, each with a very specific focus. This focus and specialization on a specific task will help you become a master at Upgrade to see actual infoaning you will be able to get hired for that skill in the future.

If you prove to be a hard-working and reliable team member and want to learn multiple different business functions, I will definitely make that happen.
But to begin with, everyone will start off focused on just 1 task until they become really good at that task.

Most of your training will be provided through videos and written documents. You will be paid for your training time.
I only want people who take the training seriously, take lots of notes, and are serious about learning and doing a great job.
I am always available for calls and support and feedback.

Your success in this role will largely depend on your ability to watch and read the assigned training until you understand it and can perform the tasks with confidence.

You must be an effective communicator - this means regular and clear communication. This is very important for a team working virtually. Good communication skills are the #1 thing I am looking for. I can teach you other skills. But you must be a good communicator.
