Nana Jokura Consulting is seeking to add its next superstar to our rapidly growing company!

This individual will love taking care of the behind-the-scenes technical tasks and helping to implement plans that come from the vision. They will also be client-facing as the role grows and contribute to supporting members as they go through our purpose-driven health and business programs.

This unique and dynamic role is perfect for an individual who has a positive and growth mindset and takes pride in getting things done. The ideal candidate will be happy to keep regular operational tasks running and also be open to taking on a variety of tasks with an eager attitude.

Must be willing to invest heavily in going through our programs and truly becoming an expert in the models and systems we teach. We are open to individuals who have sold a business of their
own in the past or have had career experience that lends itself well to the key career
requirements.

We are looking for someone who is willing to start as a contractor 15-20 hours a week for approximately 90 days with the capacity of growing into a full-time position when all goes well.

Responsibilities Include:

Operational tasks:
Filtering email and responding to inquiries
Attend meetings and organize notes and tasks
Organize files in Shared Drive (for events, meeting notes, etc)
Archive and organize digital files in Shared Drive (recordings of masterclasses, transcripts from Otter, etc)
Attend weekly client group calls, take attendance, make notes on questions asked and answers
Send lists of clients who have not shown up to past 2 calls to Nana
Send out reminder WhatsApp messages to Q&A Calls
Download recordings, and upload to platform for clients (Kajabi) for all calls and events
Create weekly client newsletter
Social media outreach (Facebook Upgrade to see actual info, messaging)
Keep track of engaged members in Facebook group and send names to Nana
Communicate new email subscribers to Nana (check on Active Campaign)
Schedule social media posts
Send lists of members renewing within 3 months biweekly
When new program offered, create new product (Kajabi), create new offer (Kajabi), create new checkout page (Thrive Cart)
Link different platforms using Zapier
Completing Market Research
Proofreading and providing edits for copy and other materials as needed
Interpreting data and creating data summary presentations
Completing data entry projects
Scheduling tasks and managing other appointments
Assisting with travel planning and accommodations for our team
Assisting with social media management
Other tasks as needed
Tasks related to launching online workshops:

Set up Landing pages (ClickFunnels)
Set up Email automations (Active Campaign)
Schedule and set up webinars (Zoom)
Send Email invites (Active Campaign)
Social media maintenance of Facebook group (accepting requests to join, messaging members, scheduling social media posts)
Create graphics (Facebook banner, Facebook posts, Program banners) using Canva
Updating database of prospects (Hubspot)
Write invite and nurture emails for workshops and events
Tracking participant comments, likes, and engagement
Downloading lists of registrants and attendees

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Administration preferred but not required.
3+ years of working as an assistant
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Must be able to work remotely with own computer and consistent internet access
