marketing assistant

I run a digital marketing agency in Vancouver, Canada and need some marketing help with the below items (not all be done at the same time obviously, these are just some ideas):

-post high-value content to linkedin
-send regular client newsletter
-set up zaps, crm and automations
-lead research & management
-database research/ prospect list
-researching blog content ideas
-mailchimp list management / setting up autoresponders & campaigns
-browse linkedin and fb groups and send me links to any important comments i should respond to
-keyword research for work via linkedin / facebook and send first contact
-research thought leaders in my niche where I could present webinars etc

Criteria:
-Excellent English
-stable wifi
-able to work 1 hour between the hours of 7 - 2 PST so we can talk and review
-available 15 hours/week to start
