Cold Caller - Appointment Setter

We are hiring an Acquisitions Manager for our Real Estate Team. An Acquisition Manager's role is to help our team open opportunities to purchase real estate assets by providing cash offers to the homeowner. The Acquisitions Manager will also be leading our day to day operations working side by side with our Operations Upgrade to see actual infoscription:
Make inbound call to present cash offers
Be able to negotiate and build report with leads
Conduct long term follow up
Build relationships and opportunities

Qualifications:
Cold Calling experience
Sales Experience
Lead Generation
Appointment Setting

Candidate will be offered hourly pay plus bonus per closed transaction.

Timezone is US Pacific : 8:00am - 5pm (please make sure these hours are ideal to the candidate)
