Estimator - Quantity Surveyor

I am looking for a VA to take a set of plans and turn them into an estimate for the work and a full QS report. I have software I can train the right person on if required.
They must be interested in this type of work and be able to demonstrate their ability with past work examples.
They must have a good internet connection as they will need to log into our system remotely to access software and files.
They can be either on a Freelance basis or 30hrs a week. Immediate start available for applicants successful in the application process.
