Finance Analyst and Excel Expert (preferably in Cebu)

Yaran Property Group (Upgrade to see actual info ) is a property development company in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. Since establishment in 1996, the company has developed over 1000 dwellings across 60 developments. Yaran is now looking to construct a further 2000 dwellings in the next 2 years. The company is looking to employ a Finance Analyst and Excel Expert to assist the Finance Manager in securing finance for its pipeline of upcoming projects.



Our work involves preparing or assisting with:

- economic feasibilities for property development projects;

- development of economic models for special case project feasibility analyses;

- finance applications packages of information;

- valuation packages of information for use by licensed property valuers;

- corporate and project cashflow forecasting;

- reporting on key performance indicators at a Corporate and/or project level;



The successful candidates are likely to have:

- Excellent MS-Excel skills;

- at least 5 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst;

- Excellent English language skills.

- University qualifications in Finance and/or Property;
