We are looking for an Application and Automation Specialist to innovate, maintain, upgrade and manage our applications, process, and reporting.
Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams, users, and vendors.
Your goal will be to ensure that our applications and technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up and manage accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages and resolve any reported problems
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
• Manage and maintain CRM and ERP applications
• Manage and maintain Google Workspace Enterprise User accounts, groups, Shared Folders, security settings, and policies
• Manage and maintain Call Center application
• Manage and maintain Password Management application
• Manage and maintain all other company used applications
• Provision user accounts on all applications
• Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products
• Provides advice and training to end-users
• Process automation with use of RPA tools and/or API connection
• Leads and participates in efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoring
• Leads and participates in efforts to implement application updates to include upgrades, patches, and new releases
• Tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs. Assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user
• Develop work plans and track/report status of assigned projects/tasks
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Operations department.
Requirements
• Expertise and experience in CRM and ERP applications is a must
• Hands-on experience in process automation (i.e. UIPATH), best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Requires extensive knowledge of Windows 2012 Server and VMware ESXi 6.5.
• Excels at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.
• Experience in Magento is good to have
• Understands software and hardware requirements of varied departmental systems.
• Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems.
• Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications.
• Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.
• Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated soft skills required such as presentation of ideas and clearly articulate the concepts to senior management.
