Customer Service Representative

Job Duties:·
- Serve as the initial point of contact with customers regarding product and delivery questions as well providing exceptional service post-sale
- Interact with customers through a variety of channels including phone, chat and
- Troubleshoot customer issues that may arise during fulfillment or shipping
- Assist customers with returns and other post-sales service issues
- Maintain accurate information and customer notes within the Company’s database
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 customer support and Technical Support
Experience needed:
- Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred·
- Proven experience problem-solving in a fast-paced setting
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
· Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team player who is honest, attentive, professional, courteous, and reliable
Bonus Skills:
· Knowledge of machines and tools (lathe machines, milling machines, band saws, cold saws, abrasive saws)
- Prior experience using Magento and/or Netsuite
