JOB OVERVIEW

COLD CALLING – JUNIOR SALESPERSON + PROPERTY MANAGER

Our firm is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm that represents institutional buyers and owners of commercial real estate throughout the US. Over the past few years, our firm has represented clients in over $600 million of commercial real estate transactions.

The firm is in the process of hiring for a Junior Salesperson role that requires previous sales experience and demonstrated success in driving sales via cold calling. The Junior Salesperson will initially perform research functions while training under a senior member of the sales Upgrade to see actual info addition to the sales role, the new team member will also serve as a Property Manager helping oversee the firm’s assets for approximately 10 hours per Upgrade to see actual infoPENSATION:
- $800 dollars USD per month. The role will require 40-50 hours per week
- $80 per month health care subsidy
- Role is overtime-eligible
- Upon finish probationary period, role will be eligible for bonuses related to transaction closings

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research owners of commercial Upgrade to see actual infoe databases to find cell phone numbers of principal owners.
• Cold-call and generate leads by calling owners of commercial real estate in the United States
• Following completion of training, cold calling will require a minimum of 500 calls per week. The cold caller will have access to a dialer which will allow for calling at scale
• Set and schedule meetings with prospective owners
• Spend 10 hours of the 40-hour work week performing property manager duties by serving as remote property manager for commercial real estate assets in the United States
• Respond to tenant inquiries and arrange for new tenant move-ins
• Coordinate with on-site maintenance person and vendors
• Monitor and pursue rent collections
• Review, summarize, and analyze management reports

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Hours will be 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST – Monday through Friday
• Experience in outbound direct sales
• Must possess a growth mindset and the desire to succeed
• Computer proficient, including knowledge in the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe Acrobat, & Outlook.
• Must possess leadership qualities and work well in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and heavy workload.
• Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters.
