Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a self-motivated achiever who has excellent written and verbal English communication skills and has a lot of energy and loves talking to people and has a strong drive to excel.

1. Lead Generation -Call past clients to touch base and find out future purchase requirements.
2. Online research- update our database by researching client's websites, other points of contact.
3. While most of the calls will be to past customers or prospects, we want to build an outbound/cold-call database so this position needs to do internet research, data mining, list building, telemarketing, and preferably email marketing
4. This position will also provide administrative support to the sales team, which also serves as hands-on training to move to sales or customer service in the future.

Required skills:

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an easy to understand accent.
2. Minimum 1-3 years experience in the responsibilities of the job.
3. Quick learner and adept at using the internet and technology (CRM software, google suite, excel)

Preferred, but not required:

4. Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field OR equivalent experience in a customer-facing role preferred
5. Sports lovers and athletes have a head start!

ABOUT US: We are an established family-owned business based in Orlando, FL, partly owned by a Filipino. We have remote employees/assistants in different parts of the world including the Philippines and India. We are looking to grow our sportswear business and expand into new product lines. We work from 1030AM-730PM EST with a lunch break in between.

ABOUT YOUR WORKSPACE: This is a work from home position that requires a dedicated, quiet space with no disruptions or audible background noise, a reliable desktop with at least 4GB RAM/Windows 10 legal copy/dedicated to work/updated anti-virus software, a wired internet connection (at least 20 mbps), a back up computer and internet connection (USB or wireless private hot spot) in case of power and internet outages, and a noise noise-canceling headset.

This position is an entry-level position that can lead to a more specialized role in the future.
