Virtual assistant

I have lots of projects that require work... but immediately need someone to do data entry into a spreadsheet from a list of activities that was written onto a note pad.

Requirements:
- Hourly availability of minimum of 25-30 hours a week
- Must type at least 85 WPM
- Must have google doc experience
- Must be extraordinarily organized
- Must enjoy co-creating and working in structured environments along with systems

Desired Skills:

* Data entry and basic data management
* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of work
* Technically savvy with considerable current computer skills and the desire and ability to
learn new skills as needed
* Great customer service skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, strong work ethic
* Proper English usage, spelling and punctuation
* Ability to meet deadlines, track information, take initiative, problem solve
* Ability to use tact and discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
* Demonstrated relevant work experience through client references

Software Systems you will be using (either know or be willing to learn quickly):

* Google Apps (gmail, calendar and docs)
* TimeTrade or other on-line calendar
* InfusionSoft
* Project Management system experience with Asana preferred
* Microsoft tools, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
* FrontApp

Starting Compensation:
- $200/month to start
(with lots of opportunity for advancement & higher pay)
